Music and rhythm class designed to explore musical patterns, help improve attention, timing, and social skills. Learn to follow along with a group in a guided class with room to play to your own beat.

Food exploration group for kids learning to eat more variety. Using SOS-based feeding approaches in a group setting. Playful use of foods while also addressing oral motor skills to improve engagement with foods.

Learn new tools for emotional regulation and improve social participation using Zones of Regulation and Spot of Emotion Books along with social games and reflex integration activities to address root causes and dynamic social skills

Develop and refine handwriting skills through playful activities to address pencil skills, letter formation, grip, hand strength and control to help kids feel confident and successful when writing.
